Volkswagen Polo Owners Manual: Indicator lamps

Indicator lamps in the instrument cluster

Lit up Possible cause Solution
Vehicle lighting not working partially or completely. Change the corresponding bulb or
If all bulbs are functioning, go to a qualified workshop.
Problem with the dynamic cornering light system. Go to qualified workshop .
Rear fog light switched on. .
Turn signal left or right. If necessary, check the vehicle lights and the trailer lights.
The indicator lamp will flash twice as fast if one of the turn signals on the vehicle or trailer is not working.
Main beam is switched on or the headlight flasher is being operated. .

Travel mode is switched on. Flashes for approximately 5 seconds each time after the ignition is switched on. .

Several warning and indicator lamps will light up briefly as a functional check when the ignition is switched on. They will switch off after a few seconds.
